At Edge Performance Fitness, our goals as personal trainers is to assess your fitness level, set up a program for you and keep you motivated. Our trainers will push you past your comfort level-- but also keep you inspired and safe at the same time. Our trainers also provide:

  • guidance on reaching your goals
  • education about strength training, cardio and basic nutrition
  • a reason to show up at the gym each week
  • accountability
  • ways to help track your progress

Each session lasts about an hour. The first meeting is devoted to assessing fitness level, and may take a little longer. Contact Edge Performance Fitness directly if you'd like some help picking a trainer that suits your personality and goals and to set up your first appointment!

DeeAnn has seven years of experience in Pilates instruction. She received her Pilates certification with Dolly Kelepez in Las Vegas in 2001 and her Gyrotonic Level One certification with Vincent Macagone in 2006. She is also a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer.

Ian's approach to training is one of inclusiveness, intuition, fun and effectiveness. he incorporates both western and Eastern philosophies of movement to design a custom program to fit your needs on a workout to workout basis. he has extensive experience and training working with those individuals who have health concerns and injuries. always engaging, challenging and specific to your goals, training with Ian is part laughter, part hard work and all about you.

Becky is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, group cycling instructor and bicycling coach for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team in Training. She's delighted to be doing what she loves best: sharing her passion for a healthy, fit and balanced lifestyle. Her goal as a personal trainer is to design a results-focused workout program that is safe, fun, and tailored to match every individual's abilities and objectives. She helps her clients set goals that are specific, measurable and realistic--and does her best to challenge, motivate and inspire!

Individually Purchased Sessions: $75 / session

Package Prices:
  • $425 / 6 sessions – 2-month timeframe to complete sessions
    Receive additional 25% discount on membership throughout the time it takes to complete sessions
  • $815 / 12 sessions – 4-month timeframe to complete sessions
    Receive additional 50% discount on membership throughout the time it takes to complete sessions
  • $1150 / 18 sessions – 6-month timeframe to complete sessions

    Receive additional 75% discount on membership throughout the time it takes to complete sessions
Group Training Rates
  • 2 people - $40 per person per session
  • 3 people - $35 per person per session
  • 4 people - $30 per person per session
  • 5 people - $25 per person per session
  • pay by the session
  • 1-hour session duration
  • Cost is determined by the number of people who participate in the training session
  • In order to receive the group rate, all must be present at the time of the session
